Transaction Coordination

We've restructured our pricing on Transaction Coordination and added some additional services to be more accommodating. Agents will be billed through your ZONE account the first week of the month for the previous month’s transactions (from order date/ Under Contract date).

BUYER SIDE TRANSACTION COORDINATION - $250

Buyers Side TC includes the following services:
  • Obtain Approved/Signed REPC from Agent, Create Skyslope File
  • Send Buyer Broker Agreement & Agency Disclosure to Buyers & Agent
  • Send Wire Fraud Protection Disclosure to Buyers
  • Send Welcome Email & Summary to Buyers, and Separate Email to Seller's Agent
  • Inspection Company Recommendations to Buyers (if requested)
  • Google Calendar Invites to Agent- 5 Contract Deadlines
  • Open Order with Title Company, Send Contract & Contacts
  • Collect Seller Signed SPCD, Send to Buyers for Signatures
  • Confirm Earnest Money Deposit is made and send EM Receipt to Seller's Agent & Title
  • Collect Lead Base Paint Disclosure & Booklet from Seller's Agent/TC (if applicable), Have Buyers Sign
  • Send Buyer Due Diligence Checklist to Buyers for Signatures before Deadline
  • CDA Request Form on roghub.com for Agent's Commission
  • Settlement Deadline- Check in with Agent

SELLER SIDE TRANSACTION COORDINATION -$300

Seller Side TC includes the following services:
  • Send Exclusive Right to Sell Designated Agency to Sellers for Signatures
  • Send MLS Listing Input Form to Sellers for Signatures
  • Send Seller Property Condition Disclosures to Sellers
  • Order Pics and Sign Posts (if needed)
  • Upload MLS Pictures
  • Add Open House info to MLS (if needed)
  • Open Transaction in Skyslope
  • Collect HOA docs (if applicable)
  • Open Order with Title Company, Order PR & Plat
  • Go-Live in MLS
Once Under Contract:
  • Obtain Approved Signed REPC from Agent, Update Skyslope file with Accepted Contract
  • Once Under Contract:
  • Send Wire Fraud Protection Disclosure to Sellers
  • Send Welcome email to Buyer's Agent, Next Steps/Contract to all parties
  • Send Google Calendar Invites to Agent- 5 Contract Deadlines
  • Send Signed SPCD to Buyer's Agent/TC
  • Send Updated Title Report & Plat from Title to Buyer's Agent/TC
  • Send Signed Lead Base Paint Disclosure & Booklet to Buyer's Agent/TC (if applicable)
  • Send HOA/Planned Community Docs to Buyer's Agent/TC (if applicable)
  • Collect EM Receipt from Buyer's Agent/TC, Send to Title
  • Collect any missing Docs/Signatures to complete the file for compliance
  • CDA Request Form on roghub.com for Agent's Commission
  • Settlement Deadline - Check in with Agent
